The Core Priority List you should spend your universal Epic hero shards to upgrade these three heroes in this order.

1. Brawler 3rd Trait Buff: Up to +30% Tech Research Speed.Why it matters: Research is the longest time-gate in the endgame. Saving 30% on tech timers saves you thousands of hours of speed-ups over time.

2. Knight 3rd Trait Buff: Up to +30% Soldier Training Speed.Why it matters: This directly stacks with your standard training grounds, allowing you to rebuild lost armies significantly faster after major PvP wars.

3. Ranger 3rd Trait Buff: Up to +10% Ruby Gathering Speed for all queues.Why it matters: Rubies become one of the scarcest resources in the late game. Speeding up how fast your queues farm them keeps your account progression moving forward.
