The Rules (How to get them)Who can apply?: Any player with a Castle Level 16 or higher.How long does it last?: If there is a waiting list, you keep the title for 5 minutes. If the list is empty, it stays until someone else applies.Cooldown: After your turn, you must wait 30 minutes before applying again.
